Kate suffered with acne and eczema for many years. Healing acne through diet and lifestyle was one of her biggest lessons when it came to understanding the connection between what we put in our bodies and what shows on our skin.
A healthy gut, leads to healthy skin. Due to an illness, Kate went on a life changing healing journey which has given her a deep understanding and knowledge of nutrition and the power it has to heal our bodies. She also retrained in Integrative Nutrition. Her passion for health and nutrition has turned her life around and now she shares her knowledge to help others.
Individuality is something Kate strongly believe in when it comes to understanding what our body needs. What works for one person doesn’t necessarily work for another. Your body knows what it needs at all times. Kate teaches that learning to trust yourself is key when it comes to living a healthy life, where you can heal yourself and feel eternally beautiful. Our bodies speak a language to us and once we can hear it we can move beyond any obstacles.
